After touring Europe in 1999, Leiah, returned home to record their debut full-length album, ’The Tigra Songs’.
An album that took the Swedish indie emo punks distinct and dynamic start / stop sound even further.
The opening track ’Red Star Pilot’ must be considered to be the bands first ’Hit’ and was a part of almost every live show Leiah ever made after that.

Now for the first time digitally released worldwide February 23rd!

Back from hypersleep!

After the breakup in 2004, songs like Red Star Pilot and Tiglo have found new listeners and can now be heard on playlists that define the sound of the latter part of the 90s and early 00s emo/indie scene.

In 2018 unexpectedly new music appears and in 2019 they play a sold out Miss The Stars Fest in Berlin. In 2022 they retun with a comeback album named Endless. ... more
